That processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use site analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it, on the basis of our legitimate interests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
With your agreement, we share your enquiry details with prospective lenders and funding platforms in order to obtain terms for you. We will tell you before your details go to a lender. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting (Microsoft Azure), email delivery (SMTP2GO), and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, Microsoft Clarity). These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Enquiry records are kept for up to six years from our last contact, in line with limitation periods for commercial transactions, then deleted. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted sooner on request.
