Between us: 40 years of building and running businesses across software, hospitality and property, including a bespoke software company serving UK firms and a hotel, bar and restaurant we own and operate on Scotland's west coast. We have bought commercial property, funded fit-outs, financed equipment, managed seasonal cash flow, employed staff and answered to lenders with our own signatures on the guarantees.
9ROK exists because we kept seeing the same gap: brokers who could name every product but had never run a business, and lenders whose forms assumed a tidy world that operators do not live in. We translate between the two.
One conversation, the whole market. We are independent, tied to no lender, with a panel of banks plus 200+ specialist lenders. You get an honest indicative view within one working day, and usually much faster: fundable or not, rough cost, realistic timeline. If a deal is not fundable, we say so, and tell you what would change that.

Paul Brown, Co-founder. Built and ran a bespoke software company serving UK firms for over two decades, alongside hospitality and property interests. Handles deal structuring and lender presentation: the numbers, the pack and the case a credit committee actually reads.
